Unlike Sid Meiers' Civilization, Advanced Civilization is EXTREMELY BORING and difficult to get even the basics right...
I have never knew what was I doing or why the other party can do things that I do... Neither did I ever understood.. And clicking on the help button doesn't help at all...
Even if you are bored stiff or really have nothing better to do with your life, I would suggest you give this a pass.
